Very Best Medical Care is committed to providing a website and digital services that are accessible to all patients and visitors, including people with disabilities. Our objective is to make key tasks such as finding hours and directions, learning about services, contacting our team, and requesting a visit usable by everyone.
Our accessibility standard and approach
Standard targeted : We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Level AA as our benchmark for accessibility. We work toward this standard on an ongoing basis.
Continuous program : Accessibility is part of our regular design, authoring, development, testing, and maintenance processes. We treat it as a continuous improvement effort.
What we are doing
Text alternatives . We provide alt text for meaningful images and mark decorative images appropriately.
Page titles and headings . Each page has a descriptive title and a logical heading structure to support efficient navigation for screen reader users and keyboard users.
Keyboard access . Interactive elements can be reached and used with a keyboard. A visible focus indicator is present, and a Skip to main content link is available where practicable.
Forms and errors . Form fields have explicit labels. Required fields and errors are identified in ways that work with assistive technologies, and we provide error suggestions where possible.
Color and contrast . Text and important graphics are designed to meet contrast targets. Information is not conveyed by color alone.
Links and controls . Links and buttons include accessible names that describe their purpose.
Multimedia . Where we host prerecorded video, we aim to provide captions. For audio content, we aim to provide transcripts.
Mobile and zoom . Pages support zoom, reflow, and device orientation changes on modern devices and browsers.
Documents . When possible, we provide HTML pages instead of PDFs. Essential PDFs are being reviewed and improved. Alternative formats are available upon request at no charge.
Third parties . Some content or features may be provided by vendors. We request accessible solutions and provide accessible alternatives when needed.
Accessibility tools that may assist you
We have enabled an accessibility toolbar to give users options such as text size adjustments, color and contrast presets, link highlighting, and other visual aids. Toolbars can help many visitors, but they are not a substitute for accessible code. We are improving templates and content so that the site remains accessible with or without the toolbar.
Testing and monitoring
We combine automated scans with manual reviews on representative pages and high‑impact user journeys.
Automated scans run regularly to detect common issues across templates and new content.
Manual checks include screen reader testing on Windows and macOS, keyboard‑only navigation, and mobile checks.
Release reviews occur before major updates and after significant changes.
Feedback triage ensures reported issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved.
Known or suspected issues and ongoing work
Accessibility is a continuous effort. As of 03/13/2026, our ongoing work includes:
Reviewing legacy images and hero areas for accurate alt text.
Confirming page titles and H1 headings across all page types.
Validating keyboard access and focus order for menus, modals, and sliders.
Auditing color contrast on banners, buttons, and links.
Replacing frequently used PDFs with accessible HTML where feasible.
If you discover an accessibility problem that is not listed above, please contact us. We will investigate and respond.
